Our standard press brake tools are normally used on sheetmetal industry, aluminum, stainless, light mild steel plate bending, but also often supply special big press brake tooling for heavy industry bending such as mining equipment manufacture, these metal parts generally are thick and long plates, such as over 10mm thickness and 3000mm length high strength steel plate, while requiring a high pressure press brake machine, the requirements for the press brake tooling also relatively high.
The metal parts are usually deep ”U” shaped, so a deep gooseneck press brake punch must be adapted for customer’s precision press brake’s bending, this will again require the press brake punch to be designed reasonably and have high strength and high precision.
Since the press brake punch is large size, so very heavy. We divide the standard 500mm length into small sections to facilitate the customer’s press brake machine operators to load and unload and splice different lengths. This once more again require us to provide a very high precision press brake tooling.
