The core purpose of the multi-V lower die is to improve the flexibility and efficiency of the bending process.
Adapt to different plate thicknesses: multi-V of different sizes and angles correspond to bending workpieces of different plate thicknesses and shapes.
The lateral movement or the hoisting and turning over both ends are convenient and fast to change the die, reducing the die change time. One die can cover a variety of processing needs.
A big V size can be V320mm, even bigger according to customer’s press brake machine type and its worktable width. The length can be 12 meters in one piece. Mostly equipped on the high tonnage press brakes like 300tons-1600tons for heavy industrial manufacturing: Truck, light poles, rails, construction machinery, mining equipment, etc.
